Worked CE8/UA4WHX. For paper QSL's his QRZ.com page says use PayPal.  I have a PayPal account.
when I have used it in past its been OQRS linked to clublog. His logs arent posted on line yet.
Do I wait for them to be posted? If he doesnt post them, how do I make a request? dont I need to know
