[Dx-qsl] IRC Redemption

Same here,  I got Global Forever stamps.  Sorry if i wasn't clear on that.  My point was that the clerk said the IRCs were worth $1.05, so I had to pay the $0.05 extra per stamp.  He didn't even give me the option of taking cash.
