[Dx-qsl] 5BDXCC

The rules for 5BDXCC were published in the October 1968 issue of QST.

Initially  the 5BDXCC rules started that contacts had to be dated 1 
January 1969 or later to count. That restriction was subsequently 
relaxed so contacts made since 15 November 1945 are valid for 5BDXCC now.

The first three 5BDXCC were issued to Bob W4QCW/W4DR, Rudi DL7AA (SK) 
and Clem W1EVT respectively circa August 1969
