Thanks Murray. That was a very interesting read, and provided some food for thought.
The biggest impact I got from it immediately appears to be, simply put, that the DXAC wishes to maintain a general level of Fairness. That is, with regards to remote operation, the general idea is that any use of a remote station that gives an operator an unfair advantage, compared to other operators, should be disallowed for the purposes of the DXCC awards.
I generally agree with the concept. The devil, of course, is in the details...
