[Dx-qsl] EP3SMH received

today I received a qsl from EP3SMH. sent to him registered mail as he suggested. he received about 2 weeks later during their New Year holiday (which lasts a couple of weeks), mailed back to me right after the holiday and received by me 10 days later.

some have commented adversely about the $10 cost, but appears Iran charges big bucks for out of country postage. the envelope had multiple stamps on it (totalled 90,600 rials, whatever that translates to), and could barely fit my address!
