[Dx-qsl] guess I should give up

I know I should, but I still have hopes with 9V1ZV.  Sent him a card way 
back in 1997 for a 20 cw contact.  Probably two since then.    And have 
sent 4, yes 4, emails in the past 6 years, asking about it.  He still 
has not bothered to respond to even one email.  Is there any hope on 
this one?  Anyone ever get a response (card or whatever) from him?  
Still my only 20 meter contact there.
