[Dx-qsl] Confusion about 9U valid ops

I have a 9U5T 9/24/11 and a 9U7T QSO on 9/232/11   I see that the 9U5T 
is listed as having been purged from DXCC for those dates.  The other 
call 9U7T was only 2 days before the 9U5 QSO, so suspect it also is no good.

The PURGE  list doesnt show my one other SSB contact,  and that is with 
9U1RSI VIA DL2RSL 2/28/1010.   Has anyone been able to use that one in 
DXCC awards?    If it is good, I will send him a direct card.
