[Dx-qsl] US postal rates going up

I bought some stamps from a machine at the Hurst TX USPS facility Thursday night and it gave me a "choice" of what I wanted on the stamp (about 10 choices) in black and white, no color..  Then it printed the choice I had made.  No color stamp, just black and white.  It also prints Airmail postage too, but it wants to know the first letter of the country your letter is going to.  The "stamps" were also marked "forever."
