[Dx-qsl] need some help determing which Germany these are AND WHAT'S THE dxccid?

DJ3UL, Aug 8 1968.       op was Heinz Wroblewski,   I 'think' this was 
Federal Republic of Germany and DXCCID #230  (this card doesn't give the 
Entity name but does show a DOK M06 if that helps)
DM4UEE Dec 8, 1974.   op was Henry, DM4UEE,  Pretty sure this was a club 
call as it has pictures of a number of ops. I 'think' this was German 
Dem. Rep. now deleted and DXCCID #229 (the card clearly says German 
Democratic Republic)

I also think both are deleted and have no idea how to check these out.

Just trying to clear up some confusion in my log and qsl boxes.
