[Dx-qsl] LOTW

AMEN !!!  I've forwarded a small file 3 times starting on November 7th or 
so.  Was instructed to send anything before the 9th again, and send it about 
the 12th or so.  Just sent the 3rd over the weekend.

A list of who is in queue, and file size or QSO #'s, would eliminate 
multiple uploads to know you're there.  Hopefully that would give us a 
truthful record of where we are in line.  If they want to get into the 
selling game for these awards, they need to find a way to process them more 
timely.  I thought they went through this reorganization a number of years 
ago under the old DXCC program as I recall.

LOTW is one of the BIG reasons I've renewed my membership....but right now 
the jury's out.  I felt this renewed some interest again and was happy to 
participate.

Lets see what happens...
