[Dx-qsl] LoTW Uploads

I agree, it doesn't appear to be first come first served. Must be some 
line breaking going on, or the system grabs batches of files at random. 
And maybe large files have a better chance of being grabbed, who knows. 
My TQ8 files are small, usually in the 2-6 KB range. I finally had some 
uploads and QSLs to appear after 10 days. And as some have pointed out, 
the 'upload date' we see on LoTW is not the date we put our uploads in 
the queue, but the date they are processed.

Similar problem here although not "over a week". I checked some stations I worked with and one of them was near real time, including CQ WW upload: 2012-11-25 08:30:40Z. It doesn't look like it is first come, first served. Some sort of priority queuing maybe based on the rarity of the DX.
