[Dx-qsl] Another PT0S Missing QSO in Log

I wouldn't worry too much for now, but do try to work them again if you can.
They're having really bad luck with data at the moment, sending their log
via Iridium for a massive amount of money at an insanely slow and unreliable
rate (2400bps--remember the days of the 2400bps modem).
