Betreff: [Dx-qsl] VP8CFV from 1991

Let's go way back into time: In March/April 1991, VP8CFV was very active on
the WARC bands from the Falkland Isl.

Unfortunately, I did not get those QSO's confirmed. The call is not listed
at QRZ.com. Does anyone on this list know, who was the operator at this
time, or maybe has the QSL information.
