[Dx-qsl] N3C QSO and QSL Update

N3C, the on-air activity celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the 
National Cherry Blossom ran from April 1-15, 2012.

Approximately 3500 QSOs were made from from 6 stations in the 
Washington, DC area (3 in DC proper, 2 in Maryland and 1 in Virginia).

The QSL card design has gone to the printer, with the expectation that 
the cards will be sent out by the end of June.  To this date, we have 
received 130 direct requests. The no bureau cards have arrived to this 
date (not they are expected for a couple of months).
