[Dx-qsl] US Postal System - Beware of the NIXIE

  The USPS has a beast - they call it  NIXIE
  It's a computer located somewhere no one at
  my PO can tell me.  NIXIE has a mind of its own
  rejecting mail willy nilly - spitting them out and
  returning to sender  with fancy yellow labels
  and explanations not deliverable for
  different reasons. NIXIE is temperamental.
  I  just received in my mail box a letter rejected
  as not deliverable as addressed despite it
 being so. Reason I know ,  I sent it to my bro!  Makes no
 difference whether  you live in the North or Dixie, NIXIE
  doesn't  put a priority returning your rejected mail - mine
 came back dated 3 weeks after NIXIE did her...er its TRIXIE.

 So dot your i's and cross your t's and  keep your fingers crossed
you never  how, when or where someone, somewhere  at your PO will
toss your mail to  NIXIE....  73 Al W3AWU  I'm not a good poet  - and I
