Dear friend  Phil
I have seen your message and I have looked for to verify your qsl  
to answer you.  
  
Your QSL received it my manager in November 2011 and  
correspondent went to you in February 2012 when my manager and  
I confirm some 100 qsl via direct from my country  
when the slip my house.  
  
Lament the delay but it was not blame of us, my  
manager this all the QSL that receives confirming via  
direct without any problem.

Hi all,

After a week or two short of 12 months, I finally got a response from CO8LY
for a 12m RTTY contact last March!
Although the QSL went to his manager (EA7ADH), it looks as though the reply
came direct from CO8LY himself, as the envelope is postmarked Cuba.
