[Dx-qsl] UA0B/LY2BMV ?

On 8/26/92 I worked UA0B/LY2BMV and he was on Bolshevic Island AS-042.  Has
anybody out there received a card and if so does it tell the location on the
island? For the CQ Field award it could be located in one of two Fields. I
am hoping it is in Field NR and also that the card is still obtainable.
