Charles--
I was confused about the OQRS procedure for 7O6T also. Here's what you
do--go to the 7O6T web *Log Search Page* (/not/ the QSL page)---here:
http://www.yemen2012.com/log.php
Scroll down /to the very bottom/ of the page, and you'll see a box where
you can enter your call. Do so, then click the box marked *FIND QSOs*.
That will check your call in Club Log. In a few seconds, you'll be able
to scroll down even farther ( but the display won't move, so you won't
be aware that the window has gotten longer unless you use the scroll
wheel on your mouse or the vertical slider on the right hand edge of
your window).
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the new, longer window and you'll
see a box with a green check mark for every band and mode where you are
in the 7O6T log. Below that is another button marked "*Request QSL*."
Click that button and it will take you to a new screen where you fill in
the date and time for all the QSOs that were found in the log. When
you've entered all the contact info and checked it carefully, follow the
instructions and it will take you to PayPal page where you log in and
make your "donation."
I couldn't figure out how to include the PayPal transaction ID number
with the QSL request, but I'm thinking that PayPal probably sends that
info automatically. If you want to be safe, just wait a few minutes
until you get an email from PayPal with this subject line: *Receipt for
Your Payment to Dmitry Zhikharev*. That email will have the transaction
number in it, and you can just forward the email to *ua3dx at mail.ru* and
put a short note with your call and thanking him for doing the QSL chores.
It's confusing and not at all obvious, but it works. Good luck!
