[Dx-qsl] EP3SMH & EP4RF

What were your replies? I have a QSO with each of these calls on 15m (new
band) that I'd like to confirm. I sent direct to SMH in 2010 but no reply as
yet. I'd heard EP4RF wasn't accepted but I don't know one way or the other.

Thanks to all who responded - I passed along the info to KN5O. It does
appear that in these times it is difficult (at best!) to get a direct
confirmation from EP.
