Oleg, RI1ANF operates from S.Shetland island at this time. He is also active as ZS1ANF, mostly activating  ZSFF  national parks.

Manager RK1PWA   responds via the bureau for RI1ANF.

You  may try one of three strategies:

a. Send SAE + funds  and  take a risk.
b. Always send bureau request, no matter what.
c. Send request to RK1PWA directly with no funds and wait.

I've not seen any reports from operators receiving these QSLs yet.

BTW I'm still waiting for your card for our 40m RTTY QSO on 07/01/12.
If my direct request has not arrived by now then I guess we must presume it was lost or stolen in the mail system?
Lets hope your RI1 card doesn't go the same way :-(
