[Dx-qsl] Hand written letters

I am a QSL bureau sorter. I have a question about how some letters are 
written, primarily coming from Europe I believe.

The letter is question looks like a capital T with a dash about half the 
size of the top of the T at the mid point vertically.

Another way to describe it is a capital F with the top and lower parts 
of the letter extended to the left.

So my question is what is this? A  letter T or a letter F? Or something 
else?
