[Dx-qsl] HK0NA qso problems

It appears that logs from the lower station and the mountain station are 
not being uploaded together.  It takes a couple of days for the 
mountain-top logs to literally make it down the mountain, while lower 
station logs suffer no such delays.

I plan to wait at least five days after I have made a QSO before I 
expect it to show up in the online logs.
