Worked 9Q0HQ/7 on 15 today. 9Q0HQ is a club station. QRZ says QSL via 'operator's instructions.' Does anyone have a QSL?route for this /7 operation?

The operator is UV5EVJ; qsl to his home call. He prefers $2 vice IRC's.
