And then they get your home telephone number and harass the heck out of
your family wanting their card
when you just got the Cards from the printer and don't have the logs yet
from the operation
But Hey QSL managers are supposed to just suck it up right?

we could identify their corporate sponsors.

Can someone explain something to me? Is there an underground market for
in-USA SASEs? I've dealt with overseas theft of IRCs and green stamps for
years. It's part of the equation. But lately, I seem to be having a
problem
with responses from stateside managers to whom I've sent an SASE. One
2-lander (it's NOT N2OO, for sure!) stands out in particular. I worked a
station that he manages (actually operated from, I believe). 3 requests
since last June have gone unanswered. Email - no reply. WHAT DO THEY DO
WITH
THE SASE? Do they use it to mail their checks to the bank? Make colorful
collages or decoupage the coffee table (that one was the xyls suggestion)?
OR do they relable them and send them to other managers as THEIR SASEs?!!

Or do I take the high road and assume that they are floating around the
USPS
somewhere, in a postal limbo? I know mail gets lost. I've had mail go
astray
going across town here in Charlotte. It amazes me, though, that I have
NEVER
had a request lost in the mail
going to the likes of W3HNK or N2OO.

The only consolation is that at least there wasn't a $1.05 airmail stamp
and
IRCs involved each time.

(geez, i'm starting to sound like the late Andy Rooney!)

Anyway. Enough carping. Good luck to everyone in working the Malpelo and
Pitcairn operations in the next couple of weeks. And maybe I'll work a C6
on
6m this weekend in the contest from whom I CAN get a qsl.
