If you have received one QSL for three requests, possibly he is waiting 
for logs from the other stations.

I recently received a JY4NE QSL from K3IRV. All I sent to him was an 
SASE and my QSL. You are not in the USA, so you will need to send him an 
IRC or $2 with your QSL and SAE.

International postage from the USA increases from $0.98 to $1.05 on 
January 22, 2012.
