[Dx-qsl] Envelopes

Here in the United States we are not on the metric system (sadly - as a 
person of science I prefer metric) and do not use the European metric 
sized envelopes.  I have even checked while in Canada, as they are on 
metric, and they use our standards.  I have a few C6 envelopes that 
family in Germany sent me in the past but they are not something 
normally available in a stationary store.  I cannot even get picture 
frames in A4 size for IOTA certificates!
