Hi all,
Does anybody on-list know of or know how I can get a hold of KC2OUV? I'm the
buro letter manager and I have a large number of cards here for him, but
he's not a subscriber. I've sent a courtesy mailing a couple of years in a
row to his QRZ address with no answer, and the phone number I get from 411,
they never heard of him. No answer to email either. Before I trash all the
cards, I'd really like to make an effort to reach out to this OM and find
out once and for all if he wants them or not.
