[Dx-qsl] T2T QSL

I have been trying to QSL the T2T operation.

 

First I went to the OQRS and made a donation, downloaded the form and filled
out my information.

 

I have been trying to submit the form for the past couple of weeks to the
QSL-Mgr at pacific-dxers.com email and it continues to bounce back as
undeliverable.  I even tried multiple times to submit it to vk4fw at the
QRZ.com address and all of those have been sent back undeliverable as well.

 

Any idea where I can submit the form to get my QSL at this point?
