The USD is trading in Italy to the value of 1 ? =3D 1.3056 $ or 1 $ =3D 0.7=
659 ?; that means are necessary 3 USD to cover postal expense to deliver a =
letter to North & South America , Africa & Asia and 4 USD to Australia & Oc=
eania.
It's embarrassing to say that, but this is unfortunately, the situation tha=
t affects not only this Country but I think, the entire globe.
As QSL manager of quite a few different foreign callsigns, I am therefore s=
orry to say that if there isn't a sufficient postal coverage, I can't deliv=
er your QSL cards direct, nor put them in the bureau as for that, I should =
pay an extra costs (ARI ask about 35 USD/year for each different foreign ca=
llsign managed through the bureau). I trust, in your understanding, and I s=
uggest eventually to join your friends and send a cumulative requests in on=
e envelope to share the costs.
