[Dx-qsl] 1996 CY0AA LOTW QSL's

After chatting further with Roger, W8RHM, regarding the QSL's for VHF/UHF for the 1996 CY0AA operation, it seems Mike, VE9AA is back-logged, and does not have an easy way to get cards mailed out.  I reviewed his entry on QRZ.com to confirm this.  For ANY QSO with the 1996 CY0AA team to receive a QSL, just send an SASE to W8RHM.  LOTW should take care of most of the problems for those using it for non-paper needs. Again, NO bureau cards will be processed in the future.
