[Dx-qsl] NH8S via LOTW... holding out hope... but fading

I'm holding out hope that NH8S will confirm via LOTW.

 

After making the "donation" the day the DXpedition shut down, you'd think
they'd have had time to upload this stuff by now.

 

Anyone have any insight?
