[Dx-qsl] T30PY

I received my T30 PY cards yesterday. Sent my paymeny via OQRS Oct 31 2012. Paid $20 with the promise of a LOTW upload within 15 days. Still no LOTW upload. LOTW shows their last upload was Nov 18. I know LOTWis running behind but not that far behind. When contacted they say it was uploaded in Nov 19
I wasted $20  on this one.
