[Dx-qsl] PSE ADVISE for SWL card

Erick, Ken, Murray, and the others,
Thank you very much for your advises.
Actually, we got the SWL card enclosed with the QSL card from the same person.
The SWL card includes 160 - 10m SSB/CW/RTTY, but only 160m CW was made by the same operator.
Another big issue is that the other reports on the SWL card are the just same as the DX-cluster reports.
Yes, I, myself, have received such type of SWL reports a lot.
Sometimes, the call sign that the SWL reports insist I made the QSO are not in my log, but he or she just posted me on the DX-cluster.
I dare say most SWL reports I have received so far seem not to really heard but only based on the DX-cluster reports.
I am very sad to say that the SWL activities "to get QSL cards" are dying in these days when we have the DX-cluster system.

With all due respect for other people's opinions: I do see something wrong with replying to such an SWL card.
I've received two requests like that too, in the past 18 months or so. Oddly, both were sent by Ukrainian operators. And: both requests from each individual were sent in seperate envelopes. If that was an attempt at tricking me then it failed badly; because in the end both requests arrived on the same day, and were easy to spot. The other thing that tipped me off was the "also URxxxxx" printed in small letter below the SWL number.
I honestly think this is a way of racking up SWL awards without really deserving it. Sure, I too hear myself working station X when I'm making the QSO. But at that time I'm busy being an amateur radio operator, and NOT the SWL.
To use Murray's words (somewhat): yes, this person can wear two hats. But not simultaneously. Without stepping outside of his own body, and using a second radio to listen to himself in real-time. It doesn't work like that...
I sent those two SWL requests back, with a similar explanation. I humbly suggest you do the same.
73,
Erik - K5WW
