[Dx-qsl] PSE ADVISE for SWL card

The DXers in the list,

The 9M0L QSL team in Malaysia are confused with the SWL card which they received today.
The DIRECT QSL request includes two cards, and one is QSL for the QSO with a station.
Another one is SWL card from the same person who has a SWL number as well.

The SWL card insists that he listened the QSO with himself.
I, myself, don't think it is invalid, but I can understand the QSL team's feeling of wrongness.

Can I tell the team to feel free to reply the SWL card?
Any advises will be welcomed.
