[Dx-qsl] HK0NA anomalies

I'm still missing my 40 meter QSO on LOTW. We'll see how they sort out the 
glitches in the next couple of weeks.

Not too concerned here since 2 other bands showed up on LOTW.  I gave up on 
eQsl since no one counts it anyway.
