while I have all the cards for HK0NA

I do have some interesting issues.
Some show reception of LoTW qsl, but no reception of a eQSL for the same 
contact.
and
Some show reception of an eQSL , but no reception of a LoTW qsl for the 
same contact.

I ?think? that is because LoTW and eQSL have slightly different time 
mismatch criteria???
