I worked them on 19-02-2012 on 80 CW and I have an LoTW confirmation. 
They last uploaded to LoTW on 17-07-2012. I also sent $2 to their 
address on QRZ.com and received my paper QSL in 2 months.

This operation was during the ARRL CW DX Contest. Operators were K1ZZ, 
PB2T, SV3SJ, VA3SB.
