Wayne W4MPY also sells sets of QSL size airmail envelopes that nest inside each other…I got some from him recently and have had good luck with returns.  The nice thing is that there is sufficient room to place your card and IRC/GS inside without folding, creating a nice flat package that is more inconspicuous to those handling them along the way.
