[Dx-qsl] Off-Topic Question

Fellows:
I'm still using Win-EQF v. 9.94s for DX'ing.  As you may know, N3EQF sold
his business and no longer supports the program, which  is very good as a
DX logger.  The new owner charges a lot of money for an upgrade.
Recently, I have not been to connect to any Telnet server.  The computer
connects to the Internet and everything else works FB.  I reinstalled the
program, tried different Telnet sites, but nothing works.  Any idea?
