 Per QRZ.com, EA9AI is via EA7FTR.  That should include his 6m call of EH9AI, but you can e-mail 'FTR first to make sure.

 Maybe EA9AI didn't have a qsl mgr back when you worked him in 2004, but he has one now.  GL!

 I worked this station in July of 2004 and tried numerous
 methods to get a card. Even registered mail at a cost of $10.53. 
 
Has anybody rec'd this one and via what method? Can one of
 you guys in EA9 land give me a hand with this one?

 BTW he also uses EA9AI when not on VHF.
