If anyone has received a QSL from VU2NKS, what did you send for return 
postage? His page on qrz.com says "QSL: PSE AVOID IRC'S. DIRECT IS SURE 
IF POSTAGE INCLUDED.", but I think India doesn't allow green stamps sent 
into the country either. He uses LoTW and eQSL, but I'd really like a 
paper card for our 12M RTTY QSO this morning.
