'ST0R QSL STATUS. Antonio, EA5RM, informs OPDX on October 9th, that the
 "ST0R QSLs arrived from printer five days ago and the first batch of
 cards were mailed. Donors's QSL and cards requested through OQRS will
 be the first going out."
