[Dx-qsl] Z21CS

Worked Z21CS in 1998. Have sent QSL's to two different PO box numbers (same numbers just in different order). One is qrz.com address, second from google search.

No QSL received back. Any info on Z21CS?  Suggestions on QSLing to Zimbabwe?
