Just worked EA6UN for a "new one" on 12 meters. I keep reading posts that he (or his manager EC6TK/SP4AOQ) has been very tough to get a card out of. Anyone have any recent success, or is this one just a green stamp/IRC black hole? 73, ron w3wn
