I understand that. Sorry, I guess my tone didn't come through correctly;
I'm just concerned that they have a bigger problem than originally thought
on their hands. As a database administrator at my firm, believe me, I
understand!!
I know the log will process sooner or later. And for me personally, it's
not a big deal really; I'm old fashioned, I still prefer to get physical QSL
cards in hand!

Uh Huh - they admit that there are 2.8 Million qsos waiting in the queue -
for the last 2 weeks, they have averaged processing 3 QSOs/second - do the
math, that means there is an almost 11 day backlog, if NO more logs come in
- and I tend to thing things like the 10-10, and Sweepstakes SSB might add a
few QSOs to the queue
