[Dx-qsl] Received: UG6GAE from 1982

I had been searching for a current address for the former UG6GAE without 
success until about two months ago when I found that he now holds the 
call EK4AA. I sent for a QSL for a 1982 10 meter QSL, and received it 
within a few weeks. Ironically, with recent improved conditions on 10 
meters, I also worked another EK station on 10 at about the same time.

This mailing from Armenia was interesting. The envelope had a 350 AMD 
stamp, canceled with a large circular postmark. The QSL had a 50 AMD 
stamp and a similar postmark. The QSL was not addressed. I wonder why 
this was done?
