[Dx-qsl] lost cause - ZD7VJ

Worked ZD7VJ on 4/12/1996 40 cw and saw it was listed as a LOTW user- last 
uploaded 2009/02/26, which should have included this one.  Sent a physical 
card 5/13/2006, but not received one back.  Have gone back to G4ZVJ via 
email, who is now G3AB, four times requesting an upload, or info if he has 
it in the logs or not.  Not a peep.   Since I recently received another 
confirmation on 40 SSB, the question is moot - and marking it as a lost 
cause.
