EZ3A - I've been trying to get this year 2000 QSO card for several years 
and have tried several direct addresses,GS,Stamps, etc with no luck. 
Took 2 years via the buro.  Address shown on the QSL is PO Box 1, 
Ashgabat 744007 (which I had tried direct on an earlier attempt)
