[Dx-qsl] direct 5n0nhd ... address for Jk1UKY

[Jack Shirley]

5N0NHD, aka 6w1se.  It was in an airmail envelope from Japan with no return
address however on the card there is his address as below
 I had sent the request via the JARL ( sae / IRC  in an envelope ) since at
the time I had no address for him. Also via JH8BKL, but I think that is a
dead end. Think I tried also via JR2KDN, his 6W manager, nothing.
