Also, FWIW, my 80 Meter DXCC app, processed by field checker Art NQ3A at the
WASHFest hamfest on February 27th, is now listed on the DXCC apps received
page; date received is listed as March 25th, posted March 28th.  Allowing
for a week for the mail to get from Pittsburgh to Newington, that implies it
sat waiting to be inputted for about 3 weeks... I guess that they got a lot
of apps with the new PJ entities the last few weeks!
